Although I am confident you'll want to, if you're concerned about a 12 month commitment then I understand. You’ll gain really practical skills in team culture, staff retention, and leadership that directly address the challenges dental practice leaders face daily. This isn’t just theory—it’s action-driven and designed to deliver results fast.
