I spent 15 years living and working in East Africa as the leader in an international development charity, eventually becoming CEO. We ran multiple programmes including a social enterprise, full service private dental practice, so I understand your pressures.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to join the calls live?

No. In fact some members make only 1 or 2 live calls per course. If you do join live you benefit from the interaction and discussion, but I also hear that members find watching the replays equally useful.

The live calls take place between 7pm and 8pm every Wednesday during the course.

So don't let a regular Wednesday night commitment stand in the way of you joining.

What support is there?

As well as the support of other group members (a frequent comment in member feedback), you also have unlimited access to me via email with questions.

You have the opportunity to seek feedback through the weekly reflective journal, and I also comment on every assignment. You can also schedule support calls to chat through any particular issues.

What are the assignments like?

I understand that the last thing you need on your plate is another thing 'to do' that you don't get a benefit from.

That's why the assignments are designed to be immediately implementable and applicable. They take between 15 minutes and an hour to complete, and you don't need to 'keep up'. You have 3 months after the course to complete assignments (if you would like the CPD certificate), and the content is available forever.

Is this just for Principals or the main business leader?

Absolutely not. Alumni include Associates, Practice Managers and 'soon to be' managers. I've also worked with Sales Managers and others from different sectors. The only requirement is that you'd like to be more confident and effective as a leader, and you are committed to making it happen.
